The deposit rule of different solid grain is different .According to this rule ,spiral forms the closed-circuit circle process with ball mill ,it makes the proper granularity grain output to next procedure from overfall side ,and makes grit feed to ball mill to grind again .In the gravitational concentrating works ,spiral classifier is used for classifying the ore and the fine .In the washing ore works ,spiral classifier is used for desliming. And the spiral classifier is used for dehydrating and feeding, too.
The spiral turns slowly by the motor and reducer .the chute must be installed gradient on the foundation .The obliquity that between the bottom of chute and level is 12。 to 18。 30ˊ ,in overfall side it forms the deposit pool .The mine slurry comes into deposit pool along the chute side .As a result of mixing by spiral, small grain floats out of liquid surface and discharges from overfall side .The big grain deposits to the bottom of chute and discharged by spiral from the sand discharging hole and comes into the ball mill to grind again.
The size of obliquity will affect flooding granularity .The rotary speed of spiral will affect the flooding size.
1. The engine oil that in the reducer is changed for new after the hollow experimental works goes on a week .And in the future, the engine oil should change once per six months .Every shaft should examine the height of the oil surface and add in time.
2. The other lubricative part uses the Ca lube or Na lube to lubricate .Every shaft should add lube once.
3. The lube of big bearing should change once a year. If the liner is grinded should change in time.
