1）Scope of application
The ideal granularity of material is between 100-500mm, the Max. granularity should not exceed the regulated figure. The output capacity is decided by the following issues:
(a )Ore compressive strength≤200Mpa
(b)Surface moisture content≤2%
(c)Ore stacking density is 1.6t/m3
(d)Continuous and even feeding within full-width range of rotor.
2）Structure characteristics
1. The use of triple counterattack plate structure, so that the materials are hit and hard squeezed increased in the number.
2. Counter-plate and plate hammer gap can be easily adjusted through the adjustment of the bolt.
3. The output granularity can be adjusted by adjusting the clearance between plate hammer and impact plate.
4. Impact plate adjustment system is also can be the whole machine overload protection device at the same time. When the sundries or non- broken pieces into the crusher, the impact plate can automatically rebound back, so that keeping the sundries away from the crusher .To prevent foreign objects (such as iron, etc.) or non-broken objects on the equipment damage.
5. Impact crushers have large feeding port and high broken cavity.
1.The triple counterattack plate structure can reduce friction of machine parts, reduce plate hammer loss, so that help to extend the life of wear parts。
2. Counter-plate and plate hammer gap can be easily adjusted to effectively control the material size.
3. Impact plate adjustment system can prevent the sundries or non-broken objects from causing damage to the machine.
4. Large feeding port and high broken cavity are able to greatly improve production efficiency, and simplified crushing process to reduce the cost of equipment.
Material collides with high rotating plate hammer when they go into crusher body and smashes instantly; the smashed material strikes impact plate at high speed, which is the second crush; the rebounding material collides with the following material, which reaches the final crushing objective.
