Glass fibre reinforced plastic spiral chute that has domestic advanced level is high efficiency gravity concentrating equipment. It is used for separating the iron,tin,tungsten,tantalum,niobium,gold,coal,rutile, zirconium, that the granularity is 0.3 to 0.02mm and other metal ,nonmetal mine that has enough specific gravity difference . Identified by metallurgy department ,thought that it has fine capability and advanced separating index ,to produce and use widely .
It has been used widely in colored and black metal mine and gets the metallurgy department scientific research production award.

一、Operation of spiral chute
1、The main separating parameter of spiral chute depends on cubage and thickness of feeding ore .The cubage of feeding ore is more important than thickness .In the fact, if the cubage of feeding ore is steady, thickness can have a little change in certain scale.
2、The separating process of spiral chute is steady, and controlled easily .The feed ore cubage LL-900 1.2-1.8m3,LL-1200 2.5-3.5m3.The cubage is based on distribution of width that the ore slurry along spiral chute and controlled is steady, scale is-5%-5%,generally feed ore is isobarically.
3、The scale of feeding ore thickness is large ,the scale is 30%—60% and should be experimented .In coarse separating process line ,the feeding ore thickness is 30%—50%;In fine separating process line ,the feeding ore thickness is 40—60%.If the separating result is familiar ,the high thickness is proper to improve capacity
4、To make sure spiral chute can work normally, should check the ore slurry strictly.
5、Change position of product intercept chute valve can change produce rate and grade .The intercept width of various products should be determined by experiment .If the position of valve is steady, can not change it freely.
6、After feeding ore, notice that the ore slurry should distribute spiral chute, or else, it should be dealt at once (such as washing).
7、When working, should often check spiral chute that if it has the stack, if it has, should deal with it at once.Each shift should wash the chute once to keep clean and make sure the ore slurry can float normally.
