Bluestone

1.Description of Bluestone :

Bluestone is a kind of gray or offwhite sedimentary rock that is widely distributed in sea basin and lake basin, accounting for approximately 15% in the lithosphere. It is the most important component rock in carbonatite.

2.Applications of Bluestone:

Bluestone is commonly known as limestone. Compared with natural marble, the advantage of bluestone is that its main constituent is calcium carbonate. It is radiation free and pollution free, and that is why there is a wide fondness for it. It is not only the raw material of lime, but also a component of cement, which becomes the necessities of building industry. What’s more, bluestone is also often exploited by factories and made into stones and coarse sand. It is applicable to numerous fields such as highway, railway, country road, building sand, etc. It is also the ideal material for construction industry. 

3.Sand Making plant of Bluestone:

Firstly big lumps of bluestone is fed into the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for coarse crushing.

Secondly the crushed bluestone is sent into the cone crusher for secondary crushing by the belt conveyor.

Third the materials are delivered to the sand maker and made into sand, which is screened later by the vibrating screen for grading.

At last The finished products are transported to the sand washer for washing and then stockpiled through the belt conveyor. The materials that do not meet the required fineness are sent back to the sand maker by the belt conveyor for further crushing and then screened by the vibrating screen. The process proceeds until the materials satisfy the actual needs.
